As you have probably realised, our web site is still under construction even after two years and to be honest we probably won't get around to developing it further untill we run out of work. Thankfully that looks unlikly as word of mouth contacts have brought a great deal of work our way over the last 24 months.

Still based in Peterborough and operating throughout the Midlands / East / South East England we provide an infrastructure design service for housing and industrial development sites including road and sewer design to S38/S278 and Section 104 respectively; house coordination, assuming house types are provided; Finished Floor Levels [FFL] in accordance with Part M of the Building Regulations, private drainage design to NHBC or Building Regulation approval.
