As with most of the rest of the industry, and apparently the rest of the world economy, 2011 was a very difficult year for us.

With a great deal of new legislation coming along, particularly in relation to foul & surface water design and 'adoption' there is a great deal of work to do to keep abrest of it all.

If you are involved in any form of development you will need to make sure your site complies with the new Flood & Water Management Act 2010 on surface water disposal, SuDS and attenuation design. If it does not you will find that Planning Permission will not be granted.

Based in Peterborough and operating throughout the Midlands / East / South East England we continue to provide an infrastructure design service for housing and industrial development sites including road and sewer design to S38/S278 and Section 104 respectively; house/building coordination, Finished Floor Levels [FFL] in accordance with Part M of the Building Regulations, private drainage design to NHBC or Building Regulation approval.
